Favorite QD best store like a Value City without all the dumb crap, get it to go and the store clerks are very nice , tend to greet you upon entering the store too🫡🔥🤫

I have been coming to the location on Kalamazoo / Penn for 6 years and loyal customer. Got up early excited to grab fresh donuts and instead got physically threatened and verbally demolished by a working employee of QD. He was probably 20 and im a 50 year old retired Veteran. I was rolling a joint on my bike abd he called police and now have a no trespassing. I have spent $1,000's and loved supporting local businesses. But I will NEVER shop or support them again. Not when you have employees treating customers in such a way. And as he screamed at ne for rolling a joint, he sat there exhaling a vape. This world is a sad place.

This convenience store is a game-changer when it comes to late-night stops. It’s open around the clock, and there's something about the store at night that feels extra convenient and stress-free. The aisles are less crowded, so you can grab what you need without rushing. Whether it's a midnight snack, a quick drink, or last-minute essentials, everything you could possibly need is right there, easily accessible. The lighting is soft and calming, creating a relaxed atmosphere that’s perfect for those quiet, after-dark visits. Plus, the staff is always friendly and helpful, no matter the hour. They keep the store clean and well-stocked, so even at night, it feels fresh and organized. Another plus is the variety of products—this store goes above and beyond to stock everything from snacks and drinks to emergency toiletries and even late-night coffee. It’s the kind of place where you can grab something quick but feel like you’ve found a hidden gem. If you’re ever in need of something late at night, this place is the go-to. Definitely one of those spots that makes late-night life a little easier Best donuts and delicious QD chip dip❤️

8:40 am, 3 people working & absolutely no Decaf coffee. What a fantastic job QD has been doing with their coffee stations. It's happening at many locations in Lansing. Won't be getting my coffee their anymore. Thank you.
